Job Title: Warehouse OperatorLocation: Croydon CR0 Type: Full-Time Mon Fri 06 00Salary: £22,568 £24,784.50 depending on age/experiencePermanent position - immediate starts available OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team. This hands-on role involves supporting daily warehouse activities, assisting drivers with loading for morning departures, accurately picking and packing orders, receiving inbound deliveries, and arranging courier shipments. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, good physical stamina, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Assist drivers with loading vans each morning, ensuring all items are accounted for and safely secured.Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.Receive, check, and sign for incoming deliveries throughout the day.Manage goods-in processes, including organising inventory in the correct locations. Logistics and Outbound Arrange courier collections and shipments.Prepare correct labelling and documentation for outgoing goods.Liaise with internal teams to support timely dispatch and delivery. Health, Safety and Housekeeping Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free warehouse at all times.Follow Health and Safety procedures training will be provided.Ensure safe handling and storage of all items.
