Warehouse Operative

Hours are 5 days out of 7 - 2pm to 10pm You will be responsible for transferring goods from larger shipping containers into smaller, more manageable units. This process, known as decanting, plays a key role in optimising storage space, improving picking efficiency, and maintaining accurate inventory management within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently decant products from bulk or mixed pallets into smaller or larger units Repackage or relabel items as required to meet warehouse and customer specifications. Consolidate goods to optimize warehouse storage and picking efficiency. Maintain accurate records of decanted items in the warehouse management system. Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards. Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure smooth material flow. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
