Warehouse Operative – PM Shift (2PM–10PM) | Northampton (NN7)

The Results People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in the Northampton (NN7) area.

We are looking for workers for the PM shift (2PM–10PM, Monday to Friday), ideally with previous experience in a warehousing environment, including rework, assemblies, picking, and packing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing products accurately
• Rework and assembly tasks
• Loading and unloading goods
• General warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Good level of English

Shift & Pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 2PM – 10PM (PM Shift)

Location:

• Northampton (NN7)
• Own transport is desirable due to location
