Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced Freight operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is looking to develop their career within a growing and dynamic environment.The RoleAs a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout the facility. You will be responsible for handling materials, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLoading and unloading goods using manual handling techniques and equipment (forklift driving)Accurately managing inventory using warehouse management systemsOrganising and storing goods safely within the warehouseSupporting shipping and receiving processes, including documentation checksCarrying out regular stock counts and reporting discrepanciesMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentSupporting wider warehouse operations as requiredAdhering to CAA security procedures and handling regulated cargoAbout YouPrevious warehouse experience is preferred (training provided)Forklift (Counterbalance) licenceGood understanding of shipping and receiving processesStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsPhysically fit and comfortable lifting up to 25kg+Basic maths skills for stock controlAwareness of warehouse health and safety practicesWhat''s on OfferCompany pension schemeOn-site parkingStaff canteenCompany ..... full job details .....
