Warehouse Operative Reydon Temp to Perm Opportunity Hales Group are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client s growing and well-established team based in Reydon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their experience within a warehouse environment and secure a long-term role within a stable and supportive business. Key Responsibilities: Picking and packing orders accurately Unloading containers and handling incoming goods Operating scanning equipment to locate and identify stock Assisting with stock control, including data entry and stock checks Manual handling and heavy lifting of goods Assembly, rework, and preparation of products Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Requirements: Previous warehouse experience is essential Flexi forklift licence (desirable but not essential) Physically capable of manual handling tasks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good IT skills for stock input and record keeping Reliable, adaptable, and flexible approach to work A positive team player with a strong work ethic Looking for a long-term opportunity Location: Reydon Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9:00am 5:00pm) Schedule: Monday to Friday Pay: £13.00 per hour (Overtime paid at 1.5) Contract: Temporary to Permanent Why work through Hales Group?
