Warehouse OperativeMonday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pmRole OverviewThis role supports both Import and Export operations within a secure, regulated warehouseenvironment. Reporting into warehouse leadership, the Warehouse Operative plays a key role inensuring freight is handled safely, accurately, and in line with industry, customs, and qualitystandards - with particular focus on temperature-controlled and pharmaceutical cargo.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse and Compliance• Operate within a HM Customs-controlled and bonded warehouse environment• Adhere to strict security requirements within a regulated airfreight facility• Follow internal quality systems and standard operating proceduresGDP / Pharmaceutical Handling• Ensure compliance with EU GDP (2013/C 343/01) guidelines for the storage and transportof pharmaceutical products• Maintain warehouse temperature monitoring systems, including daily records, calibration,and equipment checks• Ensure temperature-controlled transport requirements are met across air, road, and seamovements• Monitor, record, and report any temperature excursions during transitOperational Duties• Prepare export shipments, including manifest checks, loading, and ULD build-up• Break down, check in, and process import shipments (loose freight and ULDs)• Conduct regular stock and freight-on-hand checks• Carry out general warehouse duties to support daily operationsEquipment Handling• Safely operate forklift trucks, including:o Gas counterbalanceo Diesel ..... full job details .....
