Warehouse Operative

Location: Knowsley Salary: £27,500 Working Hours: Standard shifts: 06 00 or 14 00 Current adjustment: 12 00 (subject to operational needs) About the Role We re looking for a skilled Warehouse Operative with VNA experience to join a busy logistics operation in Knowsley. You ll play a key role in ensuring products are handled accurately and safely, supporting smooth warehouse operations and meeting customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Product Handling: Unload, store, pick, and load products with precision and care. Operational Support: Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and yard environment. Equipment Use: Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and report faults promptly. Documentation: Complete paperwork accurately and investigate stock discrepancies. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively to achieve operational goals and communicate with supervisors. Compliance: Follow health, safety, and security procedures, including PPE requirements. What We re Looking For Valid Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift training (preferably within last 3 years). Powered Pallet Truck training (preferably within last 3 years). Counterbalance forklift experience is an advantage but not essential. Ability to pass a criminal background check and consent to random drug and alcohol testing.
