Talent Guardian is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative for an established manufacturing business in Yeovil. This varied, hands-on role combines stock control, warehouse administration and goods in/out. You’ll help keep production supplied and customer orders moving, ensuring stock is accurately recorded, correctly stored and ready for dispatch. What you’ll be doing Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, including loading, unloading and booking stock onto the system. Checking delivery paperwork and reporting discrepancies or damaged goods. Picking and preparing materials for production, alongside picking, labelling and wrapping pallets for dispatch. Maintaining first-in, first-out (FIFO) stock rotation and supporting traceability and audit requirements. Completing weekly and monthly stock counts, monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
