Warehouse Operative - Night Shift - Permanent

Location: Andover

Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 8pm-6am

Salary: -30,500 (plus quarterly bonus after probation)

We''re recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for a well-established client in Andover. This is a hands-on, physically demanding night role supporting next-day deliveries through accurate picking and safe loading.

Key duties

• Picking stock for next-day deliveries
• Loading vans/lorries
• Carrying out stock counts

What you''ll need

• FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or VNA)
• Experience working within logistics and warehousing
• loading vans/lorries with an understanding of safe loading/weight distribution
• Comfortable with manual work and working in a small team
• Full UK driving licence
