Warehouse Operative Contract: TemporaryLocation: Rugby, CV21Shift: Monday - Friday Days: 40 hours per weekPay: 14.02 per hour A leading organisation within the energy/infrastructure manufacturing sector is looking for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to support daily stores and warehouse activities. This is a hands-on role focused on safe, accurate handling of parts and kits to keep manufacturing running to plan. Key responsibilities: Warehouse Operative / FLT DriverSupport daily warehouse operations: receiving, issuing and distributing purchased parts, manufactured parts and sub-assemblies.Pick/kit materials from pick lists and deliver to the shop floor to support manufacturing start dates.Receive and verify inbound deliveries against paperwork and goods receipts in SAP.Put materials away into correct stock locations and maintain accurate SAP records.Carry out cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.Follow FIFO and ensure materials are stored safely, securely, and in good condition.Create Manufacturing Binders in SAP (production tags, BOMs, drawings, quality records).Maintain strong 5S standards and housekeeping.Flex to support additional tasks as business needs change.
