Pay Rates: Standard: 12.71 per hour (rising to 12.79 after 12 weeks)Nights: 13.47 per hour (rising to 14.17 after 12 weeks) Role Overview: Accurately scan and sort parcels according to destination ( min 2000 parcels per shift)Build crates, palletise parcels, and ensure items are securely prepared for dispatchSupport the safe, efficient operation of the warehouse as part of a collaborative teamUtilise strong attention to detail and follow written instructions to achieve high standardsFlexible shift patterns available, with variable start and finish times dependent on workload and parcel volumesLoading and unloading trailers Key Requirements: Able to communicate confidently in both spoken and written EnglishCapable of understanding and following scanning, labelling, and sorting instructionsPhysically fit to handle manual tasks in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 15 kg, when unloading trailers.Commitment to working Sundays and occasional Saturday''s , with flexibility across all 7 daysReliable and punctual, with a positive approach to teamworkFlexible Shift Patterns: Inbound: Start times between 2pm - 6pmTwilight: Start times between 12pm - 4pmNights: Start times between 8pm - midnightShifts typically last 5-9 hours; longer hours may be required during peak ..... full job details .....
