If you re accurate, reliable and enjoy working with headset-guided picking systems, this role is ideal for you.What You ll Be Doing: Picking products using voice-picking headsets to follow instructions and confirm tasks.Scanning items and completing picks based on voice prompts.Handling goods from intake to dispatch.Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.Moving stock and placing picked items onto correct trolleys.Working in a chilled environment (-4 C to +4 C).Supporting your team to ensure smooth daily operations. What We re Looking For: Confidence using voice-pick or tech-guided systems (training provided).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Previous warehouse experience helpful but not essential.
