Current Opportunities & Shifts:

Coldstore Picker

• Work in frozen warehouse environments (-20°C)
• Pick stock accurately onto pallets using modern picking systems
• Follow strict health & safety, food hygiene, and PPE protocols
• Shifts:
  • 17:00 – 01:00 (Sun–Thu / Mon–Fri / Sun–Fri, 5 over 6)
  • 14:00 – 22:00 (Sun–Thu / Mon–Fri / Sun–Fri, 5 over 6)
  • 22:00 – 06:00 (Sun–Thu / Mon–Fri / Sun–Fri, 5 over 6)

Ambient Picker

• Pick and handle stock in a busy warehouse environment
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining safety standards
• Shifts: 
• 17:00 – 01:00 (Sun–Thu / Mon–Fri / Sun–Fri, 5 over 6)
• 14:00 – 22:00 (Sun–Thu / Mon–Fri / Sun–Fri, 5 over 6)
• 22:00 – 06:00 (Sun–Thu / Mon–Fri / Sun–Fri, 5 over 6)

POLO Picker (Chilled)

• Sort and load stock into cages within a chilled warehouse
• Handle manual tasks safely and efficiently while following all hygiene standards
• Shifts: 22:00 – 06:00 (Sun–Thu / Mon–Fri / Sun–Fri, one day off in between)

Reach Truck Drivers

• Operate reach trucks to move stock efficiently
• Shifts: 4 on / 4 off
  • 18:00 – 06:00
  • 06:00 – 18:00

Competitive Pay Rates:

• Cleaners & Order Pickers: £12.81/hr - £13.34ph 
• POLO Order Pickers: £13.54/hr
• Floor Champions: £13.25/hr
• Reach Truck Drivers: £14.74/hr
