Job Title: Warehouse Operator Location: Caerphilly Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour - £15.26 Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Shifts:Monday to Friday 6am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday 1.30pm 10pmSunday to Thursday 9.30pm 6am About the RoleWe are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing site in the Caerphilly area.This is a hands-on and physically demanding role requiring a high level of fitness and stamina. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting the movement and handling of food products to ensure production targets are met.This opportunity offers long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading goods within the warehouseLifting and moving boxes weighing up to 25kg throughout the shiftPreparing products for dispatchMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food manufacturing regulationsFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesSupporting the wider warehouse and production team as required Requirements Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg repeatedly during shiftsPrevious warehouse or food production experience (desirable but not essential)Reliable and punctualAble to work effectively as part of a teamGood awareness of health and safety ..... full job details .....
