ROLE: Warehouse Operative

LOCATION: Newark, Nottinghamshire

ASSIGNMENT: Full-Time / Part-Time opportunities available (subject to availability)

PAY: -12.71

Frontline Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join their team based in Newark, Nottinghamshire. THE ROLE

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and securely.
• Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock.
• Preparing goods for dispatch and ensuring orders are ready for delivery.
• Moving stock around the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Checking products for damage and reporting any discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and following warehouse procedures.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Following all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets.
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, depending on the role.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking approach to work.
• Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment and meet performance targets.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to undertake manual handling duties, where required.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures within a warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to work the required shifts.
• A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
