Day shift pre 12 weeks -14.30,
Saturday -14.68
Sunday -15.05
Overtime -20.73

Day shift post 12 weeks: -15.11
Saturday -15.49
Sunday -15.86
Overtime -22.78

Afternoon shift pre 12 weeks -16.19,
Saturday -16.57
Sunday -16.94

Afternoon shift post 12 weeks: -17.00

Night shift pre 12 weeks -16.68,
Saturday -17.06

Overtime paid after 160 hrs monthly
Bonus will be paid out to those who achieve 100% performance, this ranges between -1030)
60 minutes paid break, an extra 10 minutes unpaid for flex hour)
Any 5 days out of 7 days will be required

Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:

Day shift 06:00-14:00
Afternoon shift 14:00-22:00
Night shift 21:00-06:00
Rota: Given 1 year in advance

Duties and Responsibilities:

Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness
