About the Role
A Warehouse Operative - Forklift Driver is required for a temporary assignment in Grays, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. This night shift position (10pm - 6am) offers a pay rate of up to £18.70 per hour. Warehouse Operative - FLT Counterbalance Operative
Location: West Thurrock - RM20 3LB
Pay rate: £18.70 per hour
Contract: Temp with the possibility of going perm
Shifts: 10pm - 6am
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to work on behalf of our client in West Thurrock. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in using prebuilt systems to pick items onto pallets for customers. Ensuring accuracy and time management, while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Working as part of a team of warehouse operatives and reporting to your Line Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Warehouse and Office teams to ensure the smooth running of the operation and the achievement of overall site objectives.
What you''ll be doing:
- Repacking products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
- Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and packaged for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
- Supporting team members to meet daily production targets
What you''ll bring:
- FLT Counterbalance Licence is essential
