Looking for a steady Monday - Friday role with no late nights or weekends? Our client in Maldon is seeking a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join their friendly team on a long-term temporary contract running until January 2026.

This is a hands-on role where you''ll be at the centre of warehouse operations, keeping stock moving smoothly in and out of production. If you''re confident on a Counterbalance Forklift and happy to get involved with all aspects of warehouse work, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift (including high racking)

• Picking, packing, and pallet wrapping

• Supplying products to production lines

• Loading and unloading vehicles by hand and forklift

• Stock rotation and accurate dispatch paperwork

• Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and quality

What We''re Looking For:

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence

• Previous warehouse experience (FMCG/logistics distribution and supply chain experience a bonus)

• Full UK driving licence (essential for moving vehicles on-site)

• Positive, team-focused approach and a proactive attitude
