Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver

Avenue Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who are a leading packaging company based in Kirkcaldy, They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join the team. Reporting in to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating counterbalance and articulated forklifts to support various aspects of the warehouse daily activities. You will also support adhoc warehouse duties as required.Your key duties will include :Drive and operate both counterbalance an articulated forklifts in a safe and efficient manner Conduct routine pre- and post-operational checks on forklift equipmentLoad and unload materials onto/from vehicles, ensuring accuracy and efficiencySafely stack and secure items in designated areas within the warehouseCollaborate with team members to fulfil general warehouse tasks as neededAny other duties required by managementTo be suitable for this busy and pivotal role you will have the following key skills and experience: Proven Forklift experience in a Warehouse environment Counterbalance license as a minimumHaving good communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detailAbility to work to tight deadlines so that orders are placed on time In return you will receive a salary of around 30k ( DOE) + excellent excellent benefits and the hours will be Mon - Frid (Apply online only)pmPlease send your CV and application for consideration asap.
