Job Title: Warehouse Operative FLT - Fulfilment Centre
Location: CV47
Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30 - 20:00 (overtime available)
Pay: £14.60 per hour ( Circa £34000 )

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Pick goods and load vehicles while promoting teamwork.
2. Ensure vehicles are loaded and turned around efficiently, liaising with fulfilment drivers.
3. Maintain marshalling lanes and complete picking 48 hours ahead.
4. Oversee allocated areas across sites in line with BRC accreditation.
5. Ensure goods are received in good condition, correctly labelled, and all stock discrepancies are addressed.
6. Participate in health & safety initiatives, quarterly stock takes, and vision zero meetings.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years'' experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
2. Valid, current counterbalance FLT license required; flexi license preferred.
3. Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems.
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high performance under deadlines.
6. Commitment to health & safety standards and continuous improvement.
