Warehouse Operative (FLT Licence Required) Location: Loughborough Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence to join our client in Loughborough. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Key Responsibilities Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. Loading and unloading deliveries. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Moving and storing stock within the warehouse. Carrying out checks and inventory tasks. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment. Following health and safety procedures at all times. Essential Requirements Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck). Previous warehouse experience. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Basic IT and numeracy skills.
