Warehouse Operative / FLT

Hello,

We''re looking for a skilled Warehouse Operative to support all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse related work and ideally have used Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) previously. This is predominately a manual warehouse role with limited FLT driving (10%) and will involve some heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative:

• Picking and packing orders
• Hand balling/manually unloading deliveries
• Producing paperwork and dispatch labels
• Liaise with transport companies ensuring daily collection targets are met.
• Picking & packing orders for despatch ensuring a high level of accuracy using hand held scanners.
• Manage stock and prepare transfers for loading goods on to delivery vehicles.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles by hand or with MHE.
• Ability to move between departments production/bulk/Ecommerce.

Key Skills for a Warehouse Operative:

• WMS (Warehouse management systems) experience
• Strong communication skills & team player.
• Organised, pro-active & positive attitude.

Additional Info:

• Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.30pm 8.00am-2.45pm on Friday
• Salary: -27,200 per annum
• Start Date: ASAP
