Warehouse Operative / FLT

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT / Warehouse Operative . This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. Key Responsibilities Operating Counterbalance Truck safely and efficiently. Loading and unloading deliveries. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Receiving and booking in goods. Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records. Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times. Conducting routine FLT safety checks and reporting any issues. Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets and customer deadlines. Requirements Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance ). Previous warehouse and forklift truck operating experience. Good attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong awareness of health and safety procedures. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude. Benefits Competitive pay rate of 13.50 per hour. Full-time, daytime hours. 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday working pattern.
