Warehouse Operative

Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join one of our well-established clients based in Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for consistent Monday to Friday work with an immediate start.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out general warehouse duties.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised.
• Carrying out general cleaning duties throughout the workplace.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas, including worktops, floors, and communal areas.
• Cleaning and maintaining bathroom and toilet facilities to a high standard.
• Assisting with the movement and storage of stock where required.
• Manual handling duties.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the warehouse team with any additional tasks as instructed.

The pay rate is £13.45 per hour.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous warehouse experience.
• Be physically fit, as the role involves manual handling and lifting throughout the shift.
• Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Be able to follow instructions and work safely in a busy warehouse environment.
• Be willing to carry out cleaning duties as part of the role.
