Warehouse Operative

Crawley | -13.20 per hour + 10% shift allowance (-14.52 per hour) | Monday to Friday | 6:00am to 2:15pm | Overtime Available

First Recruitment Services are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives/Inventory Associates to join a busy and professional Operations team in Crawley. This is a full-time temporary position, initially for 6 months, with an immediate start available.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the receiving, packaging and distribution of products within a warehouse and logistics environment. Duties will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Receiving deliveries and updating inventory systems
• Stock control, cycle counts and inventory checks
• Completing production and GMP paperwork accurately
• Following standard operating procedures
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
• Working within ambient, chilled and frozen environments when required
• Supporting the wider operations team as needed

What We''re Looking For

• Good attention to detail
• Basic IT skills
• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, flexible approach to work
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Previous warehouse, inventory or logistics experience would be advantageous but is not essential
