Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a manufacturing company based in Crawley. This is a fixed-term contract until 28th February 2026. You ll need previous warehouse experience and be able to commit to the full contract duration. As a Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include: Picking and Packing Organising stock Goods In and Out Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse Adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures Requirements for the Warehouse Operative: Prior experience working in a warehouse Able to commit to the contract until February 2026 Based in Crawley or nearby Available to start immediately Benefits for the Warehouse Operative: Free onsite parking £3,100 shift allowance Opportunity for contract extension or permanent position (subject to performance) The Warehouse Operative is a fixed-term contract until 28th February 2026, working on a 4-on / 4-off shift pattern from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The role is based in Crawley. Salary: £24,772 plus a £3,100 shift allowance, taking the total package to £27,872. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.
