Warehouse Operative Location: Coventry, CV3Job Type: 12 week temporary to permanentPay rate: £13.46 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmCandidates must have extensive previous warehouse experience to be considered for this position. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of warehouse operations and is confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume picking and packing environment.Experience working to productivity targets and handling a high volume of orders would be highly advantageous.The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Coventry on a temp-to-perm basis.This is a hands-on role, with picking and packing making up the majority of the working day. The successful candidate must be physically fit, accurate and comfortable working at pace, with the ability to pick and pack approximately 300 orders per day while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Key Responsibilities• Picking and packing approximately 300 orders per day accurately and efficiently.• Preparing small, medium and large parcels for dispatch.• Working with live orders and ensuring dispatch deadlines are met.• Replenishing stock and carrying out general warehouse duties.• Assisting with incoming deliveries and outgoing goods.• Maintaining accurate stock records using inventory management software and database systems.• Helping to unload containers when required • Working closely with the Deputy ..... full job details .....
