We have an excellent opportunity for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Rugby on a 3-month temp 2 perm contract.

This role is ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking to develop in their career. You will complete a 13-week temporary contract and the role will turn permanent following successful completion of this.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse operative, that is looking for the potential to develop into a team leader. Full training and development will be provided, if you desire to move into a more senior role. This will be optional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage goods-in processes, accurately recording all deliveries on internal systems
• Ensure all deliveries are correctly labelled, stored, and processed
• Organise and store stock in designated locations
• Prepare shipments for American and international dispatch
• Ensure all items are securely packaged and protected prior to shipping
• Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently (where licensed)
• Carry out regular stock checks and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment
• Strong attention to detail when handling and recording stock
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with warehouse systems
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
• Experience with international shipping procedures (preferred but not essential)

• Competitive salary of -27,000 (pro rata)

• A 3 month temporary contract, with a view to the role going permanent after successful completion of 13 weeks work
