About the Role

Pertemps North Midlands is seeking a Warehouse Operative / Drivers Mate for a full-time, temporary position in Castle Donington, paying £13.39 per hour. Your week will alternate between two duties: accompanying a driver on two-person home deliveries, or handling tasks within the warehouse, depending on daily needs. Flexibility is essential, as is the ability to lift up to 60kg in a two-person lift. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6am to around 4pm on delivery routes, or 6am to 2pm in the warehouse. Previous experience in a warehouse or home delivery setting is required. A positive, can-do attitude will serve you well in this varied role.

Warehouse Operative / Drivers Mate
Pertemps are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Drivers Mates to join our client based in Castle Donington. In this role you will be required to go out with a driver and undertake 2 man home deliveries or work within the warehouse dependent on the days requirements so flexibility is key.
Shift Patterns / Working Hours:
+ Monday to Friday
+ 6am to finish (around 4pm) as a drivers mate and 6am to 2pm as a warehouse operative
The successful Warehouse Operative / Drivers Mate will:
+ Have experience in a warehouse / home delivery environment
+ Be able to lift up 60kg in a two person lift
+ Able to work the above shift patterns
+ Have a positive can do attitude
Your duties as a Warehouse Operative / Drivers Mate will include:
+ Delivering to property and building items where necessary
+ General warehouse duties
+ Maintaining Warehouse Health and Safety.
You will receive:
+ Warehouse Operative - £13.39 per hour
+ Drivers Mate - £13.39 per hour
