The prime purpose of the Picking Operative is to pick profile lengths ready for distribution. Picking Operatives Hours: Static Days 6am - 6pm on a 4 on 4 off rotation Picking Operatives Pay: Days rate: -13.18 per hour plus overtime at time and a half The job roles and responsibilities of the Picking Operatives include: Participate in the processing of orders; including picking, packing, labelling, and storing of the product.
