About the Role
This full-time Warehouse Operative Days position in Redditch offers £13.28 per hour, rising to £13.81 after twelve weeks' service. Working hours run Monday to Thursday 0730–1530, with an early Friday finish at 1345. The successful candidate will pick products, inspect parts and support the goods in and out department, following health and safety protocols throughout. In-house training on material handling equipment is provided. A global manufacturer seeks reliable applicants for this role, which may become permanent following a trial period. Prior warehouse experience would be advantageous.

An ever growing, busy, global manufacturer are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their team based in Redditch. Working in a large, busy warehouse, this role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period.
This role has a guaranteed pay increase once 12 weeks service completed, early finish every Friday and training on various FLT’s in house.
Responsibilities/Requirements of the role:
- Picking of various products
- Inspection of parts
- Working with the Goods in/out department
- Early finish Fridays
- Adhering to health and safety protocols
- MHE training on various FLT’s
- Pay rise after 12 weeks service
- Overtime available, paid at a premium rate
