About the Role
A Warehouse Operative - Days is needed in Marchington to support a busy distribution team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis, paying £13 per hour. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading deliveries, picking and packing customer orders, replenishing stock, and scanning items with handheld devices. You will also band and wrap pallets, prepare goods for dispatch, label products, and conduct quality checks. General housekeeping, moving stock safely, and assisting with goods in and out are essential duties. Following all health and safety procedures is mandatory. Candidates should be reliable and comfortable with physical tasks.

This is a temp to perm opportunity offering an immediate start for the right candidate.
Duties Include
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Stock replenishment
- Scanning items using handheld scanners
- Banding and wrapping pallets
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Labelling products and pallets
- Quality checking products before dispatch
- General warehouse housekeeping
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Assisting with goods in and goods out operations
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- £13.00 per hour
- Must have your own transport
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual attitude
