Warehouse Operative

About the role

The Recruitment Group are hiring for multiple Warehouse Labourers to join our long-standing client in DN39. As a Warehouse Labourer you would be supporting the warehouse and production teams with general labouring duties while being trained across different stages of the manufacturing process. This is a fantastic opportunity to start immediately, gain valuable skills, and progress within a large, established manufacturing company.

• Earlies (06:30 – 14:30 Monday to Friday) £12.21 per hour | Overtime: £18.32 per hour
• Lates (14:30 – 22:30 Monday to Friday) £12.21 per hour | Overtime: £18.32 per hour
• Nights (22:30 – 06:30 Sunday to Thursday) £15.26 per hour | Overtime: £22.89 per hour
  Start Date: Immediate

• Supporting general production and labouring duties within the factory
• Assisting with the full manufacturing process
• Monitoring and handling products through each stage of production
• Operating machinery (full training provided)
• Following instructions from experienced tradespeople
• Working both independently and as part of a small team

• Experience in Production, Labouring, or Assembly work
• Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance record
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Willingness to learn and follow guidance
• Must wear safety boots and a Hi-Vis vest
