Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Sandwich, Kent (must drive due to location)
Salary: -12.30 - -14.000 (dependant on experience)
Hours: 5 out of 7, rotating between 6.30am - 5.00pm and 9.00am - 7.30pm

Role Summary:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate stock levels and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:
- Receive, unload and store incoming stock.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain accurate stock records using computerised systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised.
- Assist with regular stock takes and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Experience and skills required for this position:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative.
- Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 rotating between early and late shifts.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and stock control.
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
