We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy production team in Harlow. This is a hands-on role where you''ll be a key part of the operation, helping to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual handling and heavy lifting of goods
• Careful loading and unloading of items
• Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
• Keeping inventory organised and accurate
• Supporting stock control and regular inventory checks

What We''re Looking For:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Shift Patterns:

• Early Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Late Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
