Accept Recruitment is now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives Loaders Unloaders for our client, supporting the opening of a brand-new site in Lichfield WS13.
This is a physically demanding role involving the loading and unloading of trailers and containers, primarily with heavy bathroom items. We are looking for hard-working, reliable individuals ready to start long-term work.
Duties will include:
- Loading and unloading of trailers and shipping containers
- Manual handling of large and heavy items
- Working as part of a team to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Keeping the workspace clean and following all health and safety protocols
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous warehouse or manual handling experience
- Good level of physical fitness – heavy lifting is required
- A positive, can-do attitude and a good team ethic
- Reliable transport or ability to get to Lichfield site on time daily
Location: Lichfield, WS13
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
Contract: Temp to Perm (13 weeks)
This is a temp to perm opportunity after 13 weeks for the right candidates. A great chance to join a growing company and be part of a new site from the very beginning.
