Warehouse Operative

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy manufacturing and distribution site in Huddersfield.This is a hands-on role requiring candidates who are reliable, switched-on, and eager to work as part of
a team.

The position is offered on a temp-to-perm basis. A permanent contract will be offered upon the successful completion of a 12-week probationary period, during which attendance, timekeeping, productivity, and attitude will be closely
monitored.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out general warehouse duties.

* Bagging products for storage and dispatch.

* Trimming products as part of the production process.

* Packing and preparing products for dispatch.

* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment.

* Supporting production and warehouse teams where required.

Requirements:

* A strong work ethic and proven reliability.

* Previous industrial, warehouse, or production experience is desirable but not essential.

* Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks.

* Good timekeeping, attendance, and attitude.

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new duties.

* A team player who can also work independently when required.
