Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Working with a great business we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution warehouse team.

This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse and duties will include picking, packin and dispatching goods in a timely and accurate manner.

Location: North Sheffield just off the M1.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm

Pay: -12.69

Your main responsibilities:

• Picking and packing of customer orders using various system methods.
• Receipt and checking in of stock.
• General housekeeping and hygiene duties.
• Loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Operating pallet trucks to perform dispatch tasks.
• Compliance with distribution procedures and Health and Safety regulations.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience of working within a warehouse environment.
• Team player with the ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative.
• Accurate and methodical in your work and paying close attention to detail.
• Committed to Health and Safety procedures.
• A Fork Lift Truck (VNA / Reach) Licence is desirable but not essential.
