Warehouse Operative

We’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy logistics team in Warrington.

In this Warehouse Operative role, you’ll support all aspects of warehouse operations, including

• receiving and inspecting incoming goods, unloading vehicles, and sorting items for storage.
• You’ll maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems, and pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• You’ll also be responsible for loading shipments, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring goods are stored and handled safely—often using manual handling equipment or forklifts if trained.
• Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse space and adhering to health and safety protocols are essential parts of your day-to-day.
• Ideal candidates have a keen eye for detail, basic computer skills, and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or rotating patterns.
• Physical stamina is required, as you’ll be lifting, moving, and standing for long periods.
• While experience in a warehouse is preferred, full training is provided, including on safety procedures and equipment.
