Recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in the Theale area on a temporary to permanent basis.-
About the Warehouse Operative Role:
- Monday to Friday - No Weekends!
- 3 week rotating shift pattern (4.30am-1.30pm, 6am-3pm & 8am-5pm)
- -12.21ph / -26,984 pa (based on 42.5 hour working week)-
- Based in Theale area
- Temporary to Permanent position
Duties / Responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative Role:
- Working as part of-a small, efficient team to ensure all duties are completed
- Picking stock from various locations, including chill / freezer compartments
- Loading vehicles with stock off various weights (up to 15kgs)-
- Goods-in:-checking goods are delivered within agreed specification i.e. good condition, pack sizes, shelf life etc-
- Stock control: counting of stock, rotation of stock etc-
-Experience / Attributes required for the Warehouse Operative Role:
- Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment, ideally will have picking / packing experience
- Driving licence is required in case you have to move any of the vans in the yard-
- Good numerical skills-
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A forklift Bendi licence would be advantageous but not essential-
