WIKA Instruments in Sevenoaks provide pressure, temperature, level, flow, force and related calibration instruments. Our facility includes an engineering services department with repair, modification and calibration capability as well as incorporating the TC Fluid Control, level manufacturing capability and our ATEX approved electrical temperature manufacturing line.

Your activities

• To ensure all goods designated for despatch are sent on-time, packed in a suitable manner using the correct method of despatch to the correct address.
• To ensure all deliveries are promptly located in the correct place and the system is updated to reflect any necessary information.
• Provide support for goods inward inspection where necessary.
• To check all paperwork for accuracy and ensure relevant documents are scanned into ERP system as appropriate.
• To ensure courier software is up to date and addresses are maintained correctly.
• To load/unload deliveries/collections and locate stock from those deliveries into correct storage location.
• Ensure packed goods are despatched in line with Company procedures, work instructions and customer requirements.
• Ensure that all work areas and the department in general are always kept clean and presentable.
• Work efficiently at all times & strive to ensure on time delivery of product is maintained.
• Actively contribute to the company’s 5S culture & ideals.
• Provide support to other departments when requested to do so.
• Maintain quality in line with respective QA procedures & adhere to the health and safety policy of the business.
• Carry out any task that may from time to time, be requested by senior management in order to ensure the smooth running of all departments within the business.

Your profile

• GCSEs minimum including English and Maths.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or similar roles.
• Forklift license desirable.
