Do you have a counterbalance or a reach truck licence?

Do you have previous warehouse and forklift experience?

I am looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative who has forklift licences for either counterbalance or reach truck (having both licences would be highly advantageous) to join my client’s team! A great opportunity to join a well-established, market-leading organisation in a fast-paced role!

Duties include:

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
• Order picking using IT systems
• Loading and unloading lorries
• Preparing products for production
• Moving pallets around the warehouse
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and tidy
• Any other duties required

The successful candidate will have / be:

• Previous experience as Warehouse Operative
• Either a counterbalance or reach truck licence (in-house licences accepted) – Having both licences would be highly advantageous but only one is needed.
• Experience using computerised stock control systems
• Strong attention to detail skills to ensure items are picked correctly
• Organised and able to meet KPI targets
• Physically fit in order to work long days and stand for long periods of time on occasions
