The Role - Warehouse Operative:

• Accurately pick and pack items for customers and engineers, meeting strict delivery deadlines.
• Receive, book-in, put away, and dispatch stock efficiently using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Operate a forklift truck safely for warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading vehicles.
• Deliver stock to central London locations using the company van when required.
  Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS.
• Support the Warehouse Manager and liaise with other departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Assist the engineering team with warehouse-related support as needed.
• Participate in the refurbishment of company products as part of warehouse operations.

  
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Warehouse Operative:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including pick/pack, goods-in, dispatch, and general duties.
• Valid Forklift Truck License, with experience.
• Full UK manual driving license.
• Confident in driving a small van, especially for London-based deliveries.
• Competent with Warehouse Management Systems and related hardware (scanners, printers, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
• Hands-on, proactive approach and ability to meet the physical demands of the role.

• Starting salary from £26,000 per annum
