Warehouse Operative

CTRG has an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a well-established company in Haydock, WA3 3JD. We are looking for confident Warehouse Operative. If you are looking for a solid and stable job opportunity, and have the determination to succeed, then we need you as part of our team!

Working hours and a payrate as a Warehouse Operative:

* You will be working from Monday to Friday 06:00am until 14:00pm
* Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative will be -13:45 per hour

Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:
* Receipt item onto SMS data base.
* Confirm product details are correct as per the customer pre-notification.
* Carryout tests to check for specific reported issue(s) with product.
* Route to destination pallets as per matrix
* Update SMS system with all details
* When required transfer unit to forwarding customer account (internal).
* Raise discrepancies as / when they arise.
* You maybe asked to receipt goods received from couriers and annotate the customer data base accordingly.
* You maybe required to carryout logistic tasks such as moving jobs units to and from pallets and locations.
* Work to all health and safety procedures and raise any issues or concerns with line manager where not able to rectify.
* Maintain a clean and safe work/section environment.
* Act on instructions from Line Manager and cover their duties (if necessary).
* Any other reasonable tasks as requested by Management.

Skills & Experience Required as a Warehouse Operative:
* Computer and IT proficiency.
* Basic understanding of health and safety.
* Lifting involved - manual handling training will be given
* Company policies and processes - training will be given.
* Experience testing home appliances including TV, audio & SDA products
* Prove record of good time & attendance.
