ctrg has an exciting opportunity for you to work on behalf of one of the leading supermarket retailers as a full time Warehouse Operative in Northampton, NN4 9BX!

Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

**Permanent contract opportunities available after 12 weeks**

• AM shift: (06:00am to 14:00pm) = -13.46 per hour
• PM shift: (14:00pm to 22:00pm) = -15.66 per hour
• Night shift: (22:00pm to 06:00am) = -16.66 pr hour
• Overtime rate: 1.5xbasic rate paid after 160 hours accrued in 4 weeks period (paid monthly)

Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:

• AM 06:00 until 14:00
• PM 14:00 until 22:00
• Nights 22:00 until 06:00

The job is 5 out of 7 and is not a standard Monday to Friday

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
• Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
• Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
• Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness

• Using MHE

  Benefits for Warehouse Operatives:

• Payment will increase by -1 after 12 weeks (probation period)
• Paid weekly every Friday (apart from overtime rate)
• Temporary to permanent opportunities after 12 weeks
• Progression to different roles
• Bonus up to -6 per hour on top of basic rate
