Warehouse Operative

A well-established and fast-growing distribution business is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join their operations team in gillingham. A role which has a very friendly approach with people that are very driven but relaxed.

 Key Duties

• Accurate picking and packing of customer orders
• Goods-in processing, including unloading and checking deliveries
• Stock organisation and inventory control
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

 Candidate Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
