Warehouse Operative Location: Dereham, Norfolk Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm and Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm Job Type: Full-time, Temp - Perm Our client, based in Dereham, is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their busy team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a hardworking individual who is keen to develop their skills and secure a long-term opportunity. The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are picked, packed and prepared accurately and efficiently. Duties will include: Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently. Loading and unloading goods where required. Moving stock around the warehouse safely. Checking goods and orders for accuracy. Preparing products for dispatch. Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment. Following health and safety procedures and company policies. Working as part of a team to meet daily targets. Carrying out general warehouse duties as required. About You The successful candidate will be: Reliable and hardworking. Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment. Able to work well as part of a team. Physically fit and happy to carry out manual duties. Able to follow instructions and company procedures. Organised with good attention to detail. Flexible and willing to get stuck in.
