Pay: 12.71 - 15.01 per hourJob description:About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for Parcel Sorting, Loading and Unloading positions at a busy parcel distribution site in Hinckley.This is a physically demanding role involving regular lifting, moving, loading, unloading and sorting of parcels. Parcels can weigh up to approximately 30kg, so you must be comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced environment.Transport is provided from Leicester to Hinckley and back, with the transport pick-up point located at LE1 1HL.Key ResponsibilitiesSorting parcels accurately and efficientlyLoading and unloading parcels from vehiclesMoving parcels around the warehouseLifting and handling parcels up to approximately 30kgWorking in a fast-paced environmentMeeting daily productivity and quality targetsFollowing health and safety proceduresWorking effectively as part of a teamWorking Hours and AvailabilityNight shifts only6-10 hours per shiftFull-time and part-time positions availableWork available Monday to SundayRegular night-shift availability requiredWeekend availability is requiredFlexible shifts available depending on operational requirementsInductions are held every weekEligibilityTo be considered for this position, you must:Be 18 years or olderHave the right to work in the UKBe comfortable with physical work and lifting parcels up to approximately 30kgBe reliable and punctualBe comfortable working night shiftsBe able to commit to regular shiftsBe able to travel to the ..... full job details .....
