The Shift Pattern We operate a rotational "2 on, 2 off" style pattern covering both days and nights (7:00 7:00). Rotation: 2 weeks on days, followed by 2 weeks on nights. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (60 hours). Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday (24 hours). Average: 38.5 hours per week.
