Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable warehouse operatives to join our client''s team, one of the UK''s biggest and well-known retail groups.No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, committed, and looking to build a long-term career in logistics and warehousing. As a Warehouse Operative, your daily tasks will include:Picking, packing, and processing orders Scanning and pricing stock Loading and unloading goodsLabelling, sorting, and palletising itemsGeneral warehouse cleaning and housekeepingAlways Complying with Health and Safety procedures Salary:Day Shift - 12.71 per hourEvening Shift - up to 13.05 per hourNight Shift - up to 13.80 per hourAdditional 1.00/hour for shifts starting on Saturdays or Sundays Shifts Available:Day Shift 06:00 - 14:30Rota: Any 5 from 7 (40 hours/week)Evening Shift 14:30 - 23:00Rota: Any 5 from 7 (40 hours/week)Night Shift 21:30 - 06:00Rota: 4 ON / 2 OFF (40 hours/week)Additional overtime may be available during peak periods.Physical Requirements:Standing/walking for long periods (5 to 8.5 hours)Lifting and moving items up to 25kgBending, stretching, and reaching above shoulder heightManual dexterity in both hands and wristsPushing and pulling stock up to 25kgBaltic Recruitment acts as an employment agency for Temporary and Permanent recruitment and as an employment business for supply of temporary workers.
